At DTF-Pro.co.uk we offer 2 delivery options:

  • Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - £5.95

We also offer FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all order over £50.00.

To receive your DTF Transfers the next day please ensure you have placed your order by 12pm and have selected the Royal Mail Next-Day Tracked option at checkout.

How to Use DTF Transfers

1. Order your DTF Transfers from dtf-pro.co.uk

2. Prepare the Fabric:

  • Pre-press the fabric to remove wrinkles and moisture. Use the heat press at 140°C (320°F) for 5-10 seconds.
  • Position the fabric on the heat press base, ensuring it is smooth and flat.

3. Transfer the Design to the garment:

  • Place the DTF transfer with the design facing down onto the fabric.
  • Optional: Secure the film with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting.
  • Cover the film with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the transfer.

4. Heat Press the Design:

  • Close the heat press and apply firm pressure at 140°C (320°F) for 10 seconds.

5. Peel Off the Film:

  • We use hot peel transfers, so peel off the DTF film after a few seconds, the design will now be transferred to the garment/fabric.
  • If the design does not transfer completely, repeat the pressing process for a few more seconds.

6. Final Touch:

  • For added durability, you can re-press the transferred design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper for an additional 5-10 seconds.
  • Allow the fabric to cool.

Tips for Best Results:

  • Ensure the heat press maintains consistent temperature and pressure.
  • Test the transfer on a sample fabric to perfect your technique.
  • Store DTF transfers in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality4
