How to use DTF Transfers:
-
Prepare the Fabric:
- Pre-press the fabric to remove wrinkles and moisture. Use the heat press at 160°C (320°F) for 5-10 seconds.
- Position the fabric on the heat press base, ensuring it is smooth and flat.
-
Transfer the Design:
- Place the DTF film with the design facing down onto the fabric.
- Optional: Secure the film with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting.
- Cover the film with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the transfer.
-
Heat Press the Design:
- Close the heat press and apply medium pressure at 160°C (320°F) for 15 seconds.
- Open the heat press and allow the fabric and film to cool down completely.
-
Peel Off the Film:
- Once cooled, carefully peel off the DTF film. The design should now be transferred to the fabric.
- If the design does not transfer completely, repeat the pressing process for a few more seconds.
-
Final Touch:
- For added durability, you can re-press the transferred design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper for an additional 5-10 seconds.
- Allow the fabric to cool.
Tips for Best Results:
- Ensure the heat press maintains consistent temperature and pressure.
